The 1992 Viper was the beginning of the 25-year production run of the iconic Viper. All 285 of the 1992 Vipers were painted Viper Red Clear Coat.
These Viper were built between January 19th, 1992 through November 25th, 1992.

In 1992, information sent to the Viper Registry by Jack Howell, there were 21 production cars that went directly from the assembly line to Chrysler
Engineering. These Vipers were utilized for testing and evaluation. Only 8 of those Vipers managed to make it into the hands of consumers during
the past 25 years that we are aware of.

The Vipers that went to Chrysler Engineering are (VIN’s ending) 003, 004, 008, 009, 010, 012, 015, 016, 017, 019, 027, 033, 041, 042, 044, 080, 122,
123, 236, 249, 246 and are noted within this book. The following Vipers may have never been sold to the public (VIN’s ending) 003, 004, 008, 010, 015,
016, 017, 019, 027, 041, 042, 044, 080. These Vipers may bring more money in the long run.
